East End United Community is seeking financial help from the community to keep our Afterschool Program up and running. The Afterschool Program is the heartbeat of our community center and has been since 1975. Our Afterschool Program provides students with meals, activities, and field trips. In 2015, EEUCC received a six-year grant from 21st CCLC through Intermediate Unit One that provided the funds needed to facilitate our Afterschool Program. At the end of December, the grant will be complete. Because of this, EEUCC is searching for support to fund transportation, teacher salaries, activities, and supplies for the afterschool program. Please consider donating to East End United Community Center to help us keep our Afterschool Program. This program has touched the lives of many children and families and is a staple in our East End community. You can donate through Fayette Gives, visit our website, stop by in person, or contact Steve Strange at sstrange@eeucc.org or Terry Burden at tlcjrb@verizon.net. If you have ever attended EEUCC’s Afterschool Program please comment below on how it has affected you!
